PayPal and Credit cards are the only method of payment allowed for online orders. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. 

Restocking fees may apply if you ordered discontinued designs / patterns.

Non-discontined stock items can be returned for a full product refund. All returned items must be resale condition, not used or incomplete packages, in order to receive a full refund.

Custom orders are not returnable. In event of a defect, we must be notified within 10 days of delivery. We will work quickly to find the best possible solution for you. 

We do not accept purchase orders online. However we encourage our customers to place their orders online as our pricing is cheaper.

Only our stock Tyvek and Galaxy wristbands are sequentially numbered by the box. Stock Plastic wristbands and Vinyl wristbands are not. Custom numbering is a FREE optional service. If you require numbering, select the numbering option at the time of placing your order online. Numbering your wristbands will require 2-3 business days to complete.
Our entire lineup of wristband products and customization features undergo stringent solution testing and have been proven to withstand normal wear/usage in all wet environments.

The minimum order is 1 pack/box of wristbands. Most of our id bands are sold in lots of 500 but there are select products available in 100’s as well.

Yes, we use a SSL protocol to encrypt communication with our website as well as your order payment details. As you browse through our site you will see small lock icon appear in either your browser’s address bar or bottom status bar. It is completely safe to use your credit cards or Pay Pal account to make purchases at our store. Our store conforms to the PCI Security Standards, meaning your credit card details always remain secure and it is never stored on file.

Shipping Questions

Yes, we offer UPS next day delivery throughout standard shipping routes in North America. Usually orders shipping outside of North America will require at 3-4 business day transit time.
UPS provides Saturday deliveries to specific zones only. Unfortunately we do not have control over which zones they service. We recommend you contact us to find out if Saturday delivery service is available for your area.

Production Questions

Our standard production time (not including delivery time) is 10-15 business days after artwork approval.

Generally no it does not. However, if your order has several different setups or the order quantity is very large. The production time may take slightly longer.

If you require your wristbands urgently, we have several custom print rush services available.
